A woman died Sunday morning in a two vehicle crash on Interstate 35 in Hays County, according to

Practical Tip

Just because you were hurt doesn’t mean you are entitled to money.  You must prove that someone else was negligent and that it was their negligence or carelessness which caused your injury.  If you fail to do both, you lose.  If you sue the wrong person, you lose.  If you wait too long to sue, you lose.  If you had an injury BEFORE the accident, then you are entitled to be compensated to the extent your injury is now worse.

Two vehicles collided, killing one person at the scene and sending four people to the hospital.

Authorities did not release the name of the woman who died. The four injured were taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge, Tate said.

Their injuries are not expected to be life threatening. The woman driving the second vehicle was treated and released on the scene, officials said .
